Season Pass Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the Cape Ann Diver II Season Pass program. The following terms and conditions apply to all Season Passes. For questions about our Season Passes, please email us at the email address in the footer of this page.
General
ECDC reserves the right to verify your certification level and diving experience before allowing you to book a Season Pass. Open Water certification or higher is required for the Beginner Season Pass. A deep-diving endorsement (30-meter or deeper) is required for the Advanced Season Pass. A technical diving certification (45-meter or deeper) is required for the Tech Season Pass.
If, in ECDC's sole discretion, we determine that you have been dishonest about your certification level or experience, and/or if your continued use of the Season Pass would be a danger to you or others, we may revoke your Season Pass.
All Season Pass sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Season Pass holders will have first access to the next season's passes. When each new year of Season Passes is finalized, existing Season Pass holders will have 30 days to renew their pass and secure their spot before the passes are opened up to the public.
Logistics
If you are unable to dive on one of the scheduled charters included in your Season Pass, you may give your seat to another diver, however, that diver must meet the minimum certification requirements for that Season Pass. For the Tech Season Pass, the diver you give your seat to must be approved by ECDC in advance of the charter.
If a Season Pass charter is canceled due to weather or another factor beyond ECDC's control, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule that charter during the season. If rescheduling is not possible during the season and the season ends with unused Season Pass dives, a credit will be applied towards the following season's Season Pass.
If a target dive site is not available due to weather or other factors, determined by the charter captain, ECDC will use reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement dive site. No refunds are given due to changes in dive site.
